A month ago, I told you we were building a WhatsApp automation tool called Novic Connect. Today, it has a new name and a working product: Novinect.

The name changed because the scope evolved. Novic Connect sounded like a connector, a plugin, an add-on. Novinect is a complete WhatsApp marketing and customer handling platform. It deserved a name that reflected what it actually does.

What Novinect Does Today

AI receptionist. When a customer messages your business WhatsApp number, Novinect responds instantly with relevant information. It handles common questions, captures lead details, and escalates complex conversations to your human team. Your customer gets a response in seconds instead of hours.

Lead capture. Every conversation is logged. Every customer's contact details, questions, and preferences are captured automatically. No more scrolling through chat history trying to remember who asked about what.

Staff dashboards. If you have a team handling customer inquiries, each staff member gets their own view. You can see who is handling what, which conversations need attention, and where things stand across your entire customer communication pipeline.

Group marketing. Novinect handles WhatsApp group marketing within the platform's rules. Reach your customer base with updates, promotions, and announcements without the risk of getting your number banned.

Conversation insights. At the end of the day, you know exactly how many customers reached out, what they asked about, how quickly they were served, and which leads need follow-up.

Starting Where We Know the Market

We are launching Novinect first with travel agencies. This is the market we know best. We spent months testing Novic Flights with seven agencies and the consistent feedback was: help us manage WhatsApp. So that is exactly what Novinect does.

But the product is not limited to travel. Any business that handles customer communication through WhatsApp can use Novinect. Hotels, schools, retail shops, clinics — the problem is the same everywhere.

A Note on Infrastructure

I want to be transparent about something. At this stage, Novinect runs on unofficial WhatsApp infrastructure. This means we are operational and delivering value, but we are actively working on migrating to the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. Why? Because official infrastructure means better reliability, no risk of number bans, and access to features that only come with Meta's blessing.

We will share more about that migration when it happens. For now, Novinect is live, it is working, and agencies are using it.
