Today we are releasing Novi 3.5. Novinect can now answer your customers with live Tarco and Badr fares on routes to and from Khartoum and Port Sudan.
When we released Novi 3, we said live fare search would come in a future version of Novi. Novi 3.5 brings it, starting with the routes Sudanese agencies are asked about every day.
How it works
- Novi tells the customer she is checking. No silence while the fares come in.
- Up to 3 options, as buttons. Each one shows departure and arrival times, baggage and stops, so the customer can choose with one tap.
- Nearest days when a day is full. If there are no seats on the date asked, Novi offers the nearest days that do have seats.
- Your fares come first. The fares you saved in Novinect always come first, exactly as you entered them.
Novi does not book
Novi finds and shares fares. She does not book. The customer's choice comes to your team, who book the ticket and confirm the final price with the customer.
