novictech.com is owned and run by Novic Technologies Company Limited, registered in Uganda (registration no. 80034351340778). Taking a product or service from us is covered separately by our Terms of Service and any agreement we sign with you.
2. Information on the website
We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information. Product features, availability, timelines and examples can change, and nothing on the site is a binding offer until it is confirmed in writing in a quote or agreement.
Blog posts, case studies and status updates describe things as they were when published.
3. Intellectual property
The Novic Technologies name and logo, our product names and logos, and the text, graphics, illustrations and code of this website belong to Novic Technologies or are used with permission. Client and partner logos belong to their owners and are shown with their permission.
You may view, share links to and print pages for your own reference. You may not copy, republish, sell or reuse our content, branding or design for another purpose without our written permission.
4. Acceptable use
When using the website you must not:
- Try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any system connected to it, or test its security without our written permission.
