Novic Technologies designs, builds, and operates software products and technology services for businesses across education, hospitality, travel, retail, and customer operations.
Our Story
From design services to a product company.
Novic Technologies was established in April 2023. In the early stages, the company delivered graphic design, UI/UX, and web development services to a diverse range of clients.
In January 2025, the company began developing its first major software product — a booking and operations platform for the travel industry. This marked the transition from a service-oriented operation to a product-driven technology company.
By late 2025, Novic made the strategic decision to broaden its scope beyond travel. Rather than competing in a crowded market, the team would apply its engineering capability across multiple sectors where purpose-built solutions could deliver immediate, measurable value.
That pivot produced today's portfolio: Novinect, Ilmxel, Guest Gain, Prime Stock, along with the retained travel platform and a dedicated marketing arm.
In April 2026, Novic Technologies was formally incorporated as a private limited company under the Uganda Registration Services Bureau.
