Over the last few weeks we have been answering a simple question: where should a travel agency's WhatsApp work actually live?
Customer questions arrive on WhatsApp. Quotes get checked somewhere else. Leads are remembered by whoever happened to reply. Setup lives in someone's head. It works, until the day gets busy.
Novinect v2 is our answer. It is a new workspace that puts the pieces of that work side by side.
What is inside v2
- Chats. The customer conversations Novinect is handling, in one place, so the team can see what was asked and what was answered.
- Leads. Every customer who showed interest, kept in a list instead of scattered across phones.
- Quotes. The fare checks behind each conversation, with a calendar view so the team can see which dates and routes customers are asking about.
- Agency setup. The agency's details, preferences and team members, set once and used everywhere.
- Users and settings. Each staff member gets their own access, and the owner stays in control of who can do what.
Two pages, offers and reports, are marked "coming soon". We would rather show an honest label than a page full of sample data.
Why a workspace, not just a bot
A bot can reply to a message. A travel agency needs more than that. It needs to see its demand, follow up on interested customers, and know what its team promised.
That is why v2 starts with the dashboard. The automation is only useful if the agency can see and steer what it is doing.
What comes next
v2 is ready for its first agencies. Over the coming weeks we will onboard a small group of travel agencies in Uganda, watch how they use it every day, and fix what they run into.
We will share what we learn here.
