Every company needs a home. Today, Novic Technologies has one.
Our headquarters is officially open in Kampala. This is more than an office — it is the physical foundation for everything we are building. A space where products get designed, tested, and shipped. A space where the next generation of tech professionals get trained through our Novic Center program. A space that says: we are here, and we are building for the long term.
What Happens Here
The headquarters houses three things. Our product development workspace, where we build and iterate on our technology products. Our client meeting space, where businesses come to see demonstrations and discuss how Novic can help them. And the Novic Center, our computer training facility where we equip people with practical digital skills.
The Novic Center is something I am particularly proud of. We believe that technology is not just about building products — it is about building capacity. The people we train today might be the developers, designers, and business operators who drive East Africa's digital economy forward tomorrow.
Why This Matters
In a region where many tech companies operate remotely or from shared spaces, having a dedicated headquarters signals commitment. It tells our clients that we are not going anywhere. It tells our partners that we have invested in infrastructure. And it tells our team that this is real.
We are just getting started. But now we have a place to build from.
